To celebrate this and in recognition of the even more severe recession we now face we are delighted to offer clients a unique SPECIAL OFFER - 50% OFF our normal hourly rate for 2012 ONLY subject to the following special conditions in addition to our standard terms and conditions

1. Clients must provide an upfront deposit on account of our costs AND must continue to supplement this deposit so that their account is in credit AT ALL TIMES - in other words we will IMMEDIATELY cease work if we do not have sufficient funds in our clients account to cover the work you wish us to undertake.

2. The offer does not apply to conveyancing as clients already benefit from our very competitive rates. Additionally notarisations/certifications are also excluded.

3. We retain the right in our absolute discretion to refuse any matter at the Special Offer rate. The most common reason for such refusal is likely to be capacity as we are a small firm and will not compromise on service for the sake of volume - other reasons may include type and complexity of the matter and previous client history. Exceptionally where a matter unexpectedly becomes more complex than initially expected we may at our absolute discretion refuse to continue at the Special Offer rate.

4. The Special Offer only applies to work done in 2012 - any work required to be done or completed before or after 2012 will be charged at standard rates as per our terms and conditions.
