IN THE MATTER OF THE APPLICATIONS FOR LEAVE TO APPEAL by the above Applicants from the decisions of the Royal court issued on 14th and 15th July, 1998 respectively; THE COURT, having heard Advocate I. Harris for the Applicants in Appeal 256, Advocate N.J. Barnes for the Applicants in Appeals 257 and 258 and Her Majesty's Procureur and Advocate P. Robey thereon, this day issued judgment in the terms attached hereto and:-

1. GRANTED all three applications for leave to appeal;

2. FIXED Tuesday, 5th January 1999 for the hearing of the substantive appeals;

3. DIRECTED that the relevant documentation of the Appellants and the Respondent be lodged by 22nd December, 1998 and 30th December, 1998 respectively; and

4. FURTHER DIRECTED that the existing stays shall remain in force until the said 5th January, 1999.
